Refund Terms and Conditions – Galapagos Native
1. General
These refund terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Galapagos Native (hereinafter, “we” or “the company”) and govern the refund policies applicable to our products and services. By booking our services, you agree to these refund policies in full.
2. Cancellation and Date Changes
Once a purchase is made, no refunds are offered, only date changes under the following conditions:
Date changes more than 7 days in advance: If you request a date change at least 7 days in advance of the departure or service date, the change will be permitted at no additional cost.
3. No-Show
If you do not appear at the agreed departure location for your reserved tour or service (known as a “No-Show”), no refund will be provided.
