Unbelievable Sights at Sierra Negra We had an amazing day on this guided tour! Omar was a great guide and provided a wealth of information. The pace of the hike was good. Well worth the effort to see a beautiful and other worldly environment on beautiful Isabela Island. We enjoyed the food after our hike -very good! Thank you for the photos and for a wonderful day!

Amazing experience of seeing wonderful varieties of birds, land and marine animals at close range Amazing trip, my expectations were exceeded. Alex organised the activities well and his enthusiasm for the beauty of the Galapagos was infectious and his knowledge was invaluable. The beauty of the beaches and volcanic scenery was unbelievable. The islands required long boat rides to travel between each one so Alex’s advice to spend time on each island was well founded.

Good trip, worthwhile. Would recommend it. We did the Cabo Rosa/Tuneles tour on May 5, 2024, yesterday. The weather was overcast and a bit windy - not the greatest. This may have colored some of my comments below. Rodolfo, our tour leader, was a good leader. He was clear with his instructions, made sure we had a good experience and was definitely very familiar with the entire operation. However, it is not a trip for the feint of heart as the entrance and exit to/from the snorkeling area and the sight seeing areas (Los Túneles) requires tricky maneuvering of the boat through impressive surf and eye popping waves. The boat we were on which was barely big enough for the 12 tour participants plus the 3 tour guides was cramped quarters and this made the trip out to the 2 sights and back (45-60 min each way) a rough ride. This being said, it was all worth it. We saw rays, reef sharks, sea horses, many enormous & beautiful turtles, a lobster, penguins, blue footed boobies (up close), and we were given plenty of time to see it all. Rudolfo made sure we all were able to see as much variety as possible in a very relaxed and unhurried way. He did a great job. I’ll also add that the boat captain definitely knew what he was doing in guiding the boat into the snorkeling and land viewing areas through the surf as it required a lot of expertise and knowledge of the boat and the area. While we had hoped for a larger boat I can’t see how that would have been possible given the challenges of getting in and out of the reef through the surf and the waves. A larger boat could not have done it. This is not a nambi pambi tour but if you want to see a lot of cool Galapagos creatures with a group of guys that know their stuff we would definitely recommend this tour.

5-day exploratory family tour at Galapagos islands with Alex Arregui We had a wonderful experience in the Galapagos Islands, organised by our personal guide, Alex Arregui, who is a marine biologist. We made a 5-day tripis and visited the islands of Santa Cruz and Isabela. We were received very warmly and well by Alex, who was immediately ready for us and had arranged all the transport. Beforehand, we had discussed by e-mail our interests and wishes for the trip. Alex had arranged all accommodation, excursions and activities well, allowing us to explore the islands carefree. It was wonderful to see and hear how much he knows about the fauna and flora on the Galapagos. He could go on for hours with interesting and fun information about plants, birds and fish. We snorkelled with him, where he showed us the wide variety of marine life (including sharks). His tour of the Darwin Research Centre was very fun and informative. He also took us to the best places to eat at a very economical price. He made our trip very relaxing and enjoyable.

The best experience in Galapagos We took the tour to San Bartolomé Island and, without a doubt, this was our best experience in Galapagos. Everything was very well organized. The boat was excellent, the food offered was very good and the island visited was beautiful. The tour is expensive but it is worth it.

Marvellous! For a half day trip, this tour packed in so much. The slow boat ride delivered sightings of penguins, sea lions, rays and turtles within minutes. The short walk over the lava fields gave us views of the inlet where the turtles and white-tipped sharks come to bask. There were also brown iguanas nesting. The snorkelling got us in close contact with seals, turtles, penguins and sharks. Our guide was very informative and constantly spotting things of interest. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Amazing trip! Great tour! The volcano was amazing! Nice tour guide who explained a lot! If you are in Isabela you should definitely do it!

Great tour Amazing wildlife, everything well planned. I can only recommend this cool tour! We saw penguins, sharks, turtles. Really good!

A nice place to relax A cute small town where you can organize any activity. Animals are all around, and would defitely recommend snorkeling at la cancha de la perla. Keep in mind it's far away from the main land, so more expensive than pueto ayora for example (6 dollars a beer - 10 dollars menú del día) but much more quaint and quiet.
